Graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He brings hands-on experience in mission-critical systems, quality control, HVAC systems, chilled water conveyances, backup generators, and electrical infrastructure. His background as a Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) Engineer brings precision, inspection, documentation, and systems coordination skills that are valuable in PME design.

Matthew Policarpio, EIT
Graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Matt specializes in HVAC system design, including hydronics, air distribution, and equipment. He is experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing subcontractors and is skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and COMSOL.

Robert Morrison
Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Rob has over 30 years of experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for public and private sectors, including design management, cost and labor calculations, proposal preparation, and coordination with builders, contractors, architects, and inspectors.

Graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Jared brings hands-on experience in coding, circuitry, and project design, including leading a team to develop an air quality monitoring system. With over four years managing a family business, he demonstrates leadership, technical aptitude, and a passion for power systems, renewable energy, and automation.

Graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. David brings experience in embedded systems, circuit design, and power distribution. He designs code-compliant electrical systems for commercial and institutional projects and is skilled in MATLAB, Multisim, programming, and engineering documentation.

Graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and holds a Career Certificate in Electrical Technology from Long Beach City College. David is an experienced Electrical Designer and Certified Journeyman Electrician with over 20 years of expertise in electrical systems design, drafting, and installation across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential sectors.

Brendan Stephanian
Brendan is a dedicated Field Services Engineer with over a decade of experience in electrical safety, technical maintenance, and customer service across renewable energy, retail, and defense. His career began in the U.S. Air Force as an Avionics Technician. He holds NFPA 70E and OSHA safety certifications and is known for his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence.

Leisha Lopez-Ortiz
Graduated from The Citadel with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the College of Charleston. Leisha’s technical expertise includes AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, Python, and AWS Machine Learning, complemented by certifications in Computer-Aided Design and Technical Project Management. She will focus on plumbing and fire sprinkler systems while assisting with HVAC development.

Maya Longhi
Attends Rochester Institute of Technology and brings hands-on experience in digital systems, circuit analysis, and embedded design. She is interning with CEA and applying her skills in power and lighting design. Maya is proficient in Verilog, VHDL, Quartus, ModelSim, MATLAB, and C/C++, with practical hardware experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and Altera FPGAs.
