Renovations to a College of Charleston student housing building totaling approximately 3,600 SF. Engineering services included fire alarm, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical design. Renovations included laundry, bathroom, kitchen, HVAC replacement, and plumbing upgrades.
