Saint John of the Ladder Orthodox Church (SJOTL)

Greenville, SC

This project involved the design for a new Orthodox Church Sanctuary Building and Parish Hall, located in Greenville County, South Carolina. The Church Building totals approximately 4,700-SF of conditioned space, and the Parish Hall comprises approximately 3,400-SF of conditioned space. In addition, there is nearly 2,660-SF of covered porch area.

Design services included prescriptive fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering design services.

St. Gregory Palamas Greek Orthodox Church

South Carolina

CEA provided coordinated engineering support for this ecclesiastical facility, helping align building systems with worship, gathering, and long-term facility needs.

Services were developed to support practical, coordinated FPME building systems.

St. Benedict Catholic Church

South Carolina

CEA supported engineering design needs for this church facility, providing coordinated building systems design for a faith-based environment.

Edisto Island Presbyterian Church (c. 1685), Family Life Center

Edisto Island, SC

CEA provided engineering support for this historic ecclesiastical campus, helping coordinate modern building systems with the needs of a long-standing church property.

St. Joseph and St. Andrew Orthodox Church

South Carolina

CEA supported engineering design for this Orthodox church facility, where building systems needed to support worship spaces and related parish functions.

Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church

Charleston, South Carolina

This project involved the replacement of the HVAC system serving the Sanctuary and support spaces, approximately 75 tons total, with four 15-ton split systems and two 7.5-ton split systems. Additional consulting support was provided for the renovation of the Chapel space.

Architect: Gary Boehm, AIA, CSI, LEED AP of Glick/Boehm and Associates.

Christ Our King Catholic Church Renovation

South Carolina
