Chris has over 31 years of extensive FPME engineering experience. He has served as Principal Engineer of Record for numerous public- and private-sector projects and has led CEA as firm principal since 1994.

Justin Mahon, PE

Justin manages electrical, fire protection, and plumbing system design for historical, municipal, commercial, and residential projects. His expertise includes low-voltage communications, A/C power systems, electrical load analyses, and fire protection systems.

Daniel brings more than 17 years of design experience across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural engineering, with additional expertise in project management, construction administration, BIM modeling, CAD standards, and QA/QC reviews.

Andrew is an Old Dominion University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His experience includes HVAC, chiller, boiler, plumbing, and air handler upgrade designs for schools, mixed-use buildings, restaurants, office buildings, and DOD facilities.

Dylan graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and holds an EIT certification. His hands-on background includes mission-critical systems, quality control, HVAC systems, chilled water conveyances, backup generators, and electrical infrastructure.

Matt graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and holds an EIT certification. He specializes in HVAC system design, including hydronics, air distribution, and equipment, and is skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and COMSOL.
