360 King Street is an historical building dating back to 1874. It is protected by a conservation easement held by the Preservation Society.

This project involved the design for renovations to an existing warehouse style building, consisting of approximately 20,000-sf of conditioned space, and 10,000-sf of ventilated warehouse space.  The building was repurposed as the Corporate Headquarters for the Office People, a regional leader in office supplies, furniture, and technology.

 Engineering design services provided by CEA included plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.

44 Romney Street

This project involved the design for renovation of an existing building containing 3 separate spaces; an approximately 3000-sf office (repurposed into a physical therapy office), an approximately 200-sf shed/storage area (renovated into a small café kitchen), and an approximately 1900-sf pre-engineered metal building (renovated into 2 workout spaces).

 Constantine Engineering furnished fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering design and drafting services.

NEXTON Square
Summerville, SC

Constantine Engineering Associates provided design documents for the interior upfit of existing shell space in Nexton Square. Design services included plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering.

The building was renovated to be used as event space. New fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems were installed throughout the building.

Harris Teeter Shopping Center, Bees Ferry Road

The Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Bees Ferry Road, Grand Oaks Boulevard and West Ashley Circle. CEA provided plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering design and drafting services for a 1,581square foot buildout of a new shell space.

41 Bogard Street Restaurant

This project involves renovations to the existing restaurant located at 41 Bogard St., Charleston, SC to be used as a new restaurant featuring an Americana menu. The general scope consists of renovations to the existing kitchen to accommodate a new menu. The existing hood and hood fans are to remain for reuse. Minor renovations are to be made to the Dining Area; however, HVAC is to remain as-is.

Constantine Engineering provided plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering design and drafting services.

Trinity Island Veterinary Clinic

This 2,400 square foot building on Johns Island was converted from a day care to a veterinary clinic which included a kitchen, surgery suite, surgery prep, kennels, and two exam rooms.
