Registered Mechanical Engineer Requirements:

·         Solid communication and leadership skills.

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

·         Professional registration (PE).

·         Able to work independently to prepare HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping designs in the commercial, institutional,
and governmental arenas.

·         Be prepared to take on the role of Team Leader managing a small interdisciplinary engineering group.

·         Perform engineering duties in compliance with ASHRAE standards and local codes.

·         Prepare load calculations, specifications, and control sequences.

·         Manage projects from inception through design and construction.

·         Coordinate with Architectural clients, Owners, and Contractors.

·         REVIT experience required, AutoCAD experience a plus.

Registered Electrical Engineer Requirements:

·         Solid communication and leadership skills.

·         Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related.

·         Professional registration (PE).

·         Able to work independently to prepare power, lighting, and fire alarm designs in the commercial, institutional,
and governmental arenas.

·         Be prepared to take on the role of Team Leader managing a small interdisciplinary engineering group.

·         Perform engineering duties in compliance with NEC standards and local energy codes.

·         Prepare lighting photometric calculations, voltage drop analysis, and arc flash analysis.

·         Manage projects from inception through design and construction.

·         Coordinate with Architectural clients, Owners, and Contractors.

·         REVIT experience required, AutoCAD experience a plus.
